I've been told upon right-click of the lock sign, the sign would update. If that does not happen, you can submit a General Support Ticket and a moderator will remove the sign for you.

You can get more tokens by tipping players who activated boosters, official events, and purchasing them from the store / gaining from special packages on the store such as the Supreme Rank.
