The monthly package is 30 days, after that you will have to buy it again. It is not a subcription/automatic payment. You can buy 2 months by buying 2 monthly VIP packages. They will stack. The VIP package works with any of your Ranks and does not override or take away anything, it only adds to your rank/perks.
