not much you can do about this, i would suggest talking to the person and trying to figure it out.
perhaps not 100, but there are players who actually just get like 5th or 6th constantly maybe they could get like 10 gens as compensation
i personally havent even noticed anything lol i guess if its that big of a deal +1
