Answered Support answer time

    I had a purchase problem. So i created a purchase support ticket. Im now waiting 1 day for an answer. I have the feeling they dont even want to help me. The only answer you get from mods is that they cant do anything only wazez and devs can do something. the problem is you cant dm wazez or the dev on discord. Has any of you ever had such an experience? and how long have you been waiting for an answer?

    There is no specific time, it can sometimes take a week or even longer. It depends a little on how busy the Staff-Team is, just have some patience and it will be treated as quickly as possible.

    Thank you for your answer. The thing I do not understand that my purchase support ticket has already views. The question I ask myself is why the devs do not immediately write a short answer that, for example, it takes a while to work on this problem. Now a normal member does not know what to do if he gets no answer. But ok then I'll just have to wait patiently for a while. ;)

    Some people have waited for months for responses from Wazez. Just be patient; he'll deal with it when he's available.

    Your ticket may have been viewed but he will just tell anything if there is progress. He never writes oh that is very bad for you I will start looking into it then. That would just take even more time. This is just the case for purchase support, since just wazez himself can do anything about that and there are many people who make those reports.

    Most other tickets get resolved faster.
