    So my friend bought 20k tokens and he only got 10k could someone help?

    There is no option in the store to buy 20k tokens. There is a 10k option and a 25k option. Your friend bought the 10k pack.

    If your friend purchased tokens the following are the quantity sold via store. If they chose to buy the above mentioned amount by 2 in store purchase amount then they need to make a purchase support ticket.
