On prison, the new mine system is often complex for players to understand, mainly due to the lack of guidance and instructions displayed. Therefore adding a command such as /mine help (which would display all the relevant information about how the system works: how to upgrade blocks, how to change themes, increase the size, how the mine reset chance works, and what crate tiers are) would be rather beneficial. Often players get confused about the payment side of ‘Upgrading your mine’ , since you get 20% of each block free and then have to pay per 1%. As well as explaining the fact, you unlock new blocks when you rank up and you only have 1 mine that you have to edit the settings of. Mainly because most players do not realise this, and believe you have warps to different mines still. Information about crate tiers is also often confusing to new players, as they don’t know what it actually does. This is because there is no description saying it increases the amount of E-Coins you receive in the crates. The ‘Mine reset chance’ also often confuses players, as most do not realise at first this is the percentage you have to mine for your personal mine to reset. Adding on to this, it would also be highly beneficial for staff members trying to explain how the mine system works, especially when they do not play prison, and would be able to refer them to this command. Concluding this, players could also refer back to it later on if they get confused again and would make the process of understanding the system simpler.
