      Wazez, your skyblock server is literally the best one out of all the servers I have looked into (lots of other servers), and being clearly good at pvp shouldn't warrant a scan. I'm not even as good in comparison to the people who get falsely banned with no scan. Im just the basic above average.

      Welp, I've spent 7 days talking to mods and explaining my story, I tried to reconnect 2 seconds into my scan basically, and I keep getting denied in ban appeals. I don't want to miss Christmas on your server, I don't deserve to wait another 28 days because I didn't pay attention.

      I have taken all the correct steps to get my rank I have given a receipt, filled out a purchase support form and I have yet to receive help from staff members. I bought the rank 3 days ago and I don't know what else to do.

        Your ban appeal will be responded to as soon as a member of staff who is of high enough rank is availabe. Sorry for any inconveniences caused, a member of staff will look at your appeal when one is free - you will have to remain patient.

      Thats what i meant to say all the time ^^. i bought tokens then a reset was announcedf and i got nothing from my tokens :)
